On a mythical island on the southern coast of Brazil, a 70-year-old fisherman who has not yet managed to retire. Martelo is a lighthouse man, he points his light towards Superagüi and illuminates the earthly desires of its residents that say a lot about the current moment: improving working conditions, being able to retire with dignity, returning to life on the island as it was in the past. The sea whispers at dawn: I'm sleeping, you can't wake me up.
